CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Many of my family members were in several forms of construction. At the dinner table we ate, drank, and talked construction. The cds of the bootcamp gives you a basic understanding of setting up your business (no matter how big or small it already is). The cds also give you multiple streams of income to add to what your already doing. But remember, 70% of what you learn in a live bootcamp could never be on any take home program. Also, construction management is only a very small part of what I would like to see you do with your business.

We buy and sell our properties thru this office.
Jumpstart is the basic training event teaching you how to buy and sell real estate with little to no effort. You will learn to buy with no money or credit. You'll also learn to sell houses quickly even in a slow real estate market. As a matter of fact in most cases the slower the better.
You will learn my easy to understand techniques for determining values of property (It has nothing to do with CMAs or appraisals).
We also make it easy for you to have a long list of buyers on-hand before you take a property under your control.
The total number of days for this bootcamp is 3.

This bootcamp is directed toward the General Contractor (builder) to the worker who is mechanically inclined. I personally have done the techniques described within this training, most for decades. Recently I started teaching what I found to be very profitable. My intent is to give your business or your future business focus on multiple streams of income no matter what the economy is doing. There were times in the past that I didn't know the country was in a recession because it didn't effect my income. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING MADE EASY
You will learn to advertise and market your business with very little to no money in advertising costs. These techniques will catapult your business almost immediately after applied. These techniques are very easy to learn due to the format that we teach them in. This training is a neccessary part of any business, whether it be new or in existence for a number of years. Less than 1% of business owners know these techniques. To have a successful business formula marketing is the #1 ingredient. This is a 2 day training event that includes a computer lab.
COACHING & MENTORING PROGRAM
We will provide this service upon request. You will sign on to coaching monthly. You decide how many months you want and we will continue until you say stop.
Please don't do this if you are a thin skinned person. We are not going to worry about anyone's feelings. Our goal is to push you into success and push you we will.
You will be given 45 minutes, 1 time per week to call in. This is where you will reveal what you have been doing, then the problems that have occurred. Ask all your questions, and then get motivated to do the next steps. We will be following up on what you were told to do last week. This is a great program to get you on track and stay there until you feel that we are not needed anymore.
You may not take every piece of advice we give, but you will have the best we can offer. This service by itself can literally save you Thousands of Dollars in mistakes. It is also a tremendous confidence builder.
STAFF SHADOWING
This training is designed for the new investor who wants hands on instruction per specific area of the business. It is also intended for the investor who wants their assistant(s) or staff to be first trained in how the Real Estate investing business should look. Then you as the investor would fine tune what you want them to do for you.

SCHEDULING JOE
- Private One on One all day session at Joe's office. You will have his full attention to discuss, be coached, and advised on starting or improving your business. The cost is $7500.00. You also may do this service by the hour. The cost is $1000.00 per hour.
- If you prefer Joe coming to your town & business for 1 day the cost is 10,000.00 plus expenses (Travel, Lodging). A second day may be acquired for an additional fee of $5,000.00.
NOTE # 1: Plan on a long day & night, also if you are thin-skinned this training may not be for you. (You will be pushed hard).
NOTE # 2: A work/prep. sheet will be required before the appointment can be kept. This will help Joe give the max benefit of his time to you.
